How ordering works
When you place an order, we prepare the watch in one or two working days. Before the watch ships, we send you photos and a video of your specific watch. If you are not satisfied with what you see, you can tell us before the watch leaves.
We ship with DHL, EMS or UPS. Delivery takes five to ten working days, with tracking. If your parcel is lost or customs holds it, we send another watch at no cost.
Payment and warranty
Payment details follow after you place the order. No card details are entered on the site. Every watch comes with a 2-year limited warranty. The warranty covers defects in manufacture and faults that appear in normal wear. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse or repairs by others.
