Shipping Policy
This page describes how Superclone Lab prepares and ships every order.
Preparation
After we confirm payment, we prepare your watch in one or two working days. Before the watch ships, we send you photos and a video of your specific watch. If you are not satisfied with what you see, you can tell us before it leaves.
Delivery
Delivery takes five to ten working days after dispatch. We use DHL, EMS or UPS, depending on your location. Every shipment includes tracking. You receive the tracking number after dispatch.
Lost parcels and customs
If your parcel is lost or customs holds it, we send another watch at no cost. Contact us with your order number if your parcel does not arrive within the expected window.
Address and payment
Check your shipping address carefully before you complete your order. Payment details follow after you place the order. No card details are entered on the site.
The product pictures shown on the site are the genuine brand's catalogue pictures for now. We send our own photos and a video of the exact watch you will receive, before it leaves.
