1. About this shop

Superclone Lab operates this website. The shop sells replica watches. It is not affiliated with any watch brand.

2. Products and pictures

The product pictures on the site are the genuine brand's catalogue pictures for now. We send our own photos and a video of the exact watch you will receive, before it leaves. We try to keep product descriptions accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time, without notice.

3. Payment

Payment details follow after you place the order. No card details are entered on the site. We reserve the right to decline any order.

4. Shipping

Preparation takes one or two working days. Delivery takes five to ten working days, with tracking. We use DHL, EMS or UPS. If the parcel is lost or customs holds it, we send a replacement at no cost. Read the full Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Both require the watch to be unworn and in its original packaging with all protective covers intact. Read the full Refund and Exchange Policy for details.

6. Warranty

Every watch comes with a 2-year limited warranty. It covers defects in manufacture and faults that appear in normal wear. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse or repairs by others. Read the full Warranty for details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the liability of Superclone Lab for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. The Warranty page states what a repair or a replacement covers. Nothing in these terms removes a right that the law of your country gives you and that a contract cannot remove.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any dispute about these terms or about an order goes to the courts of the United States.
