What the warranty covers
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Malfunctions that occur during normal use
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents
- Damage caused by misuse
- Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than us
How to make a warranty claim
If your watch needs warranty service, contact our customer service team with your order number. We will send you instructions on how to return the watch. Use a tracked shipping method when you send it back.
