Refund and Exchange Policy

This page describes the return, exchange and refund rules for orders placed at Superclone Lab.

Returns

You can send a watch back within 14 days after purchase. To be eligible, the watch must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It is unworn.
  • All protective covers are intact.
  • It is in its original packaging, including the box and the manual.
  • You can provide a proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact our customer service team. After we approve the return, pack the watch carefully and send it back with a tracked shipping method. When we receive and check the watch, we process the refund within 5 working days. The refund goes back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 30 days of purchase. The watch must meet the same conditions as a return. Contact us and name the watch you want in return. After we receive and check the original watch, we ship the replacement.
