The Rolex Milgauss 116400GV-0002 carries the Z-Blue dial, a vivid mid-blue finish, together with the model's signature green sapphire crystal and orange lightning bolt seconds hand.
The genuine watch
The genuine 116400GV-0002 has a 40 mm Oystersteel case with a smooth steel bezel and is waterproof to 100 metres. It runs on calibre 3131 and carries the Z-Blue nickname for its vivid blue dial, introduced in 2014. The Milgauss line dates to 1956, when Rolex built it for scientists working near high magnetic fields.
Factory notes
The r/RepTime Who Makes the Best guide (May 2026) ranks VSF as the best factory for the 116400 blue dial (Super Rep tier), with GSF second and GMF third, using a 3131 clone movement. Ask us which factory version is available before you pay.
