Two r/RepTime threads from June 2025 report that ZF was investigated by Chinese authorities and temporarily closed production. An r/RepTime thread from June 2026 reports that ZF began producing IWC models after the APSF raid, using a Dandong movement for IWC models, which only APSF used before.
