The Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5168G-001 brings a 42.2 mm white gold case to the Aquanaut collection, with a sunburst blue embossed dial and a midnight blue composite strap.
The genuine watch
The genuine 5168G-001, introduced at BaselWorld 2017, has a 42.2 mm white gold case with a rounded octagonal bezel in polished and satin finishes. It runs calibre 324 S C, a self-winding movement with hours, minutes, seconds and date. Power reserve is 35 to 45 hours. The official page lists water resistance at 30 metres.
Factory notes
The r/RepTime Who Makes the Best guide (May 2026) ranks DDF as the best factory for the Aquanaut 5168 with a 324 clone movement, at Super Rep tier. BBF is ranked second (also Super Rep) and 3KF third. Ask us which factory version is available before you pay.
