Before any watch ships, we send photos and a video. Preparation takes one or two working days after payment. Delivery takes five to ten working days by DHL, EMS or UPS, with tracking. A 2-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in normal use. If the parcel is lost or customs holds it, we send another watch at no cost.
