Before the watch ships, Superclone Lab sends photos and a video. If the watch does not meet expectations, the buyer declines before it ships. Preparation takes one or two working days. Delivery takes five to ten working days by DHL, EMS or UPS with tracking. A lost or customs-held parcel is replaced at no extra cost. Payment details follow after the order. No card details are entered on the site.
