The Patek Philippe Nautilus ref. 7118/1A-011 is a ladies automatic watch with a grey opaline dial and a plain stainless steel case.

The genuine watch

The genuine 7118/1A-011 has a 35.2 mm stainless steel case, 8.62 mm thick, with a transparent sapphire crystal case back. The case is water-resistant to 30 m. The self-winding calibre 324 S C delivers a power reserve of 35 to 45 hours and carries a date display. The grey opaline dial has a "wave" pattern with white gold applied numerals and hour markers finished with white luminescent coating.
