The genuine 116518LN has a 40 mm yellow gold Oyster case, a sapphire crystal, and water resistance to 100 metres. It runs on calibre 4130, a self-winding chronograph movement with a column wheel. Functions include hours, minutes, small seconds, and a chronograph. The 116518LN is a certified chronometer.
