The genuine watch

The 116518LN has a 40 mm yellow gold case with a ceramic bezel and a sapphire crystal, waterproof to 100 metres. Rolex caliber 4130 powers the self-winding chronograph with a column wheel. The case material is yellow gold paired with the Oysterflex rubber strap.
