The genuine 116518LN-0043 has a 40 mm yellow gold case with a ceramic bezel and a sapphire crystal, waterproof to 100 metres. Rolex caliber 4130 powers the self-winding chronograph with a column wheel. The black dial carries applied baton hour markers with gold ring accents around the sub-dials.
