The genuine 116518LN-0042 has a 40 mm yellow gold case with a ceramic bezel and a sapphire crystal, waterproof to 100 metres. Rolex caliber 4130 drives the self-winding chronograph with a column wheel. WatchBase describes the dial as champagne with a sunburst finish. This reference was in production from 2019 to 2023.
