The r/RepTime Who Makes the Best guide (May 2026) gives VSF the top position across a large number of references. The guide uses two main tiers: NWBIG, the guide's highest mark (short for "not worth buying in gen") and Super Rep (good but not perfect).

For the Rolex Submariner, the guide rates VSF as the best factory for the 126610LN, 126610LV, and 126619LB with a 3235 Clone movement, at NWBIG. The guide also rates VSF best for the no-date 124060 with a 3230 Clone at NWBIG, the 114060 with a 3130 Clone at NWBIG, and the 116610LN, 116610LV, and 116619LB with a 3135 Clone at NWBIG.

For the Rolex Daytona, the guide rates VSF first for all 116XXX steel models with a 4130 Clone at NWBIG and first for the steel 126500 with a 4131 Clone at NWBIG. For the GMT Master II, the guide places VSF v3 first for the Pepsi (126710 BLRO) and Batman (126710 BLNR) with a 3285 or 3186 Clone, at Super Rep. The guide rates VSF first for the Explorer I 40mm 224270 with a 3230 Clone at NWBIG.

An r/RepTime member wrote in December 2023 that they owned the VSF 126610LN for a year before buying the genuine watch. They described the VS3235 movement as the best rep movement for feel they had ever used. They noted a faint floating M on the 300m subdial text and a slightly lighter bezel action compared to the genuine as known tells on their unit.

An r/RepTime QC post from September 2026 reviewed a VSF Submariner 126610LN with a VS3235 movement. A community reviewer noted that the dial printing, bezel pip, SELs, and datewheel were all within acceptable range.

An r/RepTime QC post from October 2026 reviewed a VSF Submariner 126610LV Starbucks from a trusted dealer. The reviewer noted a counterclockwise tilt on both the 9 o'clock and 12 o'clock indices and recommended a replacement request. Dial printing was rated sharp. The reviewer noted the datewheel sat a touch low and the top right SEL was slightly looser.

An r/RepTime thread from July 2025 reported that after Clean Factory closed, VSF faced increased demand and some stock delays at trusted dealers as buyers moved to VSF models.

Which Factory Version Is in Stock

VSF updates its references over time. The guide names specific versions such as VSF v3 for certain GMT Master II models and VSF youth for 2836 Asian movement Submariners. The version available at any time depends on current factory releases and what the dealer has sourced.
